Arrival Time : Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early, 15 minutes for new clients. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time your appointment will end at the scheduled time as to stay on time for the next guest and to remain within working business hours. The service will be paid in full for the scheduled treatment. 
Cancellations : We require a 24 hr notice to reschedule a service. 48 hrs for groups. We reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled service in the case of late cancellations. 
Reservations : A credit card or gift card number may be required at time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.
Groupon & Living Social: We will kindly ask for your Groupon or Living Social voucher number at the time of scheduling. If you arrive 15 minutes+ late, have a late cancellation, or are a no call no show we reserve the right to redeem your voucher and void your service.
Service Pricing : We will keep you as up to date as possible in our newest treatments & advancements; but in the chance we miss something, services and prices are subject to change.
Gratuity : Gratuity is not included in service pricing. A gratuity between 15% - 20% is the spa industry average and greatly appreciated.
Privacy: All client information including intake forms, emails, phone, numbers, address, etc. are confidential and will not be shared.
